Suggestions:

For the general career fairs, we strongly recommend that your technical professionals attend as well as HR representatives. We have found that students are most receptive to interviewing with companies when they have the opportunity to meet engineers, computer scientists, and technical professionals. For the PhD Career fair, we strongly recommend that your researcher and/or lead technical professionals attend as well as the HR representatives.
