Calendar 2013-2014 Career Fair Affiliate Fact Sheet
Where & When
Date & Time
Fall: Wednesday, October 2, 2013, 11:00am – 4:00pm (Setup begins at 10:00am)
Winter: Wednesday, January 15, 2014, 11:00am – 4:00pm (Setup begins at 10:00am)

Lawn behind the Gates Computer Science and the Mudd Chemistry Buildings.
Parking (NOTE NEW LOCATION)
Galvez Field Parking Lot has been reserved on the day of the career fair. Please pay at the machine. The machine will take credit card payment (Visa and Mastercard). Parking is $8.00 for the day and a special code will be emailed to you to obtain this special rate. Shuttle buses will be provided at the lot entrance and will run about every 10 minutes from 9:30am to 11:15am and will take you directly to the Career Fair site. The shuttle service will run again from 4:00pm to 5:00pm from the tent entrance to the Galvez Field.
Registration & Payments
Fee
$500 per Career Fair or $850 for both covers the costs for each participating company, which entitles you to one six foot table with a maximum of four representatives, shuttle services at the Galvez Field, break-time snacks and refreshments, and a box lunch for each representative.

Deadline
Registration will close on September 16, 2013 for the Fall Career Fair and January 6, 2014 for the Winter Career Fair. However, we expect to fill all the tables well in advance of the registration close date, so please register as soon as possible to assure your space.
On the Day
Tables
Please look for your table assignment.
Signs & Display
You may bring a sign and/or display that can accommodate a six foot table provided it does not interfere with adjacent tables or project into the area in front of the table. If your display spills over into another company table area, you may be asked to take it down.
Materials
You may bring a laptop, and/or other materials you wish to use or distribute to our students. Wireless access will be available in the tent. Downloading time may be slow in the tent so plan accordingly. Materials can be shipped to Stanford Computer Forum, Gates Computer Science Building, Attn: Computer Forum Career Fair, 353 Serra Mall, MC 9025, Stanford, CA 94305, and should arrive no earlier than September 25th for the fall career fair and January 8th for the winter career fair.
Food
The Computer Forum will provide a box lunch, break-time snacks and refreshments for your representatives.
Suggestions
We strongly recommend that your technical professionals attend as well as HR representatives. We have found that students are most receptive to interviewing with companies when they have the opportunity to meet engineers, computer scientists, and technical professionals.
